LIBELLA Pilates Boutique: New Reformer Pilates Studio in Las Lagunas de Mijas

Some places are worth recommending not only because of what they offer, but also because of the people behind them. LIBELLA Pilates Boutique is one of those places.

On 1 October, a new space dedicated to movement and wellbeing opens its doors in Las Lagunas de Mijas, created by Natalia and Marta, two highly professional instructors with extensive experience in Pilates.

One of the things I particularly like about their approach is that they work with very small groups, with a maximum of five people per class.

This allows the sessions to be much more personalised, with closer attention to how each exercise is performed and more opportunity to adapt the work to each person.

Sessions last approximately 55 minutes and focus on moving the body with awareness while progressively developing strength, mobility, control and body awareness.

It is an interesting option whether you are completely new to Pilates or already practise regularly and are looking for a more personal format where you can receive closer attention while still enjoying the atmosphere of a group class.

5:00 pm – 8:00 pm

Friday
9:00 am – 1:00 pm
